Behavioral Assessments
Presence, performance, and behavior are the factors that influence career success and growth. Presence and performance are manageable, but people are often blindsided by the behaviors they exhibit to others and how they hinder advancement.
Using the DISCflex behavioral assessment tool, I will evaluate the overall behavioral tendencies of individuals or the controlling behavior of teams and how they align with their leaders. These evaluations not only provide an understanding of current strengths and potential challenges but analyze situational flexing of behaviors that could lead to advancement and growth earlier in one's career.
Select from various DISCflex packages. You have the option to complete a DISC assessment through a 3-session program or, if you're ready to dlve deeper. Our 5-session program reassesses how your controlling behaviors have adapted over time.
